Welcome to the Rite Bite Inc. DBA Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies (sometimes referred to herein as “Alyfe”, “us”, “our” or “we”) corporate public facing Web site (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) represent a binding agreement between Alyfe and you, a user of our Site. These Terms apply to any informational or educational content, software, applications, or services provided in connection with this Site. These Terms apply to our corporate public facing website only, which you are currently visiting. If you are a participant in an Alyfe wellness program through your employer or otherwise, refer to the specific terms of use within the Alyfe portal. These Terms do not apply to the Alyfe portal.
THESE TERMS WILL GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. YOU SHOULD READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE OR PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION TO US THROUGH THIS SITE. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH (OR OTHERWISE INCORPORATED) HEREIN. IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THIS SITE. Our Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms by this reference, and your use of this Site indicates your agreement to our Privacy Policy as part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on any matters relating to the privacy of your personal information, the terms of the Privacy Policy will prevail. Please note that the Privacy Policy for this Site only applies to the corporate website that you are currently visiting. If you are a participant in an Alyfe wellness program please refer to the privacy policy that is posted on the Alyfe portal, and any other privacy related documents or information provided by the sponsoring employer.
6. LIMITATIONS ON USE OF THIS SITE AND SERVICES. You understand and agree to the following restrictions and limitations on your use of this Site, and further agree that any violation of these Terms (including, but not limited to, a failure to abide by the following restrictions and limitations) may result in the suspension or termination of your ability to access and use this Site. In addition, we may suspend your license to use or access this Site at any time while we investigate complaints or alleged violations of these Terms, or for any other reason within our sole discretion, or for no reason at all. Use of this Site is void where prohibited.
7. RESTRICTED BEHAVIOR AND CONTENT. You must comply with the rules of conduct of this Site at all times when visiting this Site or accessing any features that we may offer or that may be available from this Site. 19. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to rules regarding conflicts of law.
20. SEVERABILITY; WAIVER. If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or condition in these Terms to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms will constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver will be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.
21. UNITED STATES OPERATIONS. This Site is controlled and operated by Alyfe from its offices in the United States. We make no representation that anything on our Site is available or appropriate for use in other locations. Your use of or access to this Site and other services should not be construed as Alyfe purposefully availing itself of the benefits or privilege of doing business in any jurisdiction other than United States.
