Kay Lakhi is the Founder of Alyfe. She is a registered/licensed dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. Kay has been practicing in the field of dietetics for over 20 years in various health care settings. Along with her experience in clinical dietetics, she is also a licensed nursing home administrator. Kay is very active throughout the community, is the past chairperson of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce, was named The Small Business Person of the Year (2012) and is a member of many different committees for the Ohio Health Care Association. She has also served as a past president of the Columbus Dietetic Association.
David Chew, CPA, MBA
David is a highly versatile, committed business professional with over 20 years of experience as a controller and systems design professional. He has a strong command of operational areas including accounting, marketing, finance, business management, quality control, and human resources. With David’s applied expertise as a CFO and controller for a variety of companies from startups to multi-million dollar corporations, he brings a strong skillset and excellent perspective to Alyfe Wellbeing. David embraces wellbeing through marathon running, raising chickens, and practicing a variety of homesteading skills.
Ashwin is an experienced technology and management professional responsible for Alyfe’s information technology initiatives. Previously, Ashwin managed client services and communications for the company, ensuring effective engagement in Alyfe’s award-winning line up of wellbeing solutions. Ashwin has held various management roles for organizations such as the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, AT&T Mobility and Convergys. He holds a bachelor’s in leadership from The Union Institute and University. He also studied sociology at the University of Arizona and completed a degree in sports and fitness management from Columbus State.
A self-described personal development nerd, Angelee Richards is the Director of Client Services at Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies and is committed to leading others through her authentic coaching and non-conforming management style. Driven by her personal mission of growing others, her goal is to push her team through inspiration and encouragement to strive not only for thinking “outside of the box” but maybe… “there is no box.”
Angelee is no stranger to the corporate wellness industry. Having spent over 20 years in human resources, benefit administration, operations, account management and business development, she has been intentional to incorporate her passion of the arts, exercise, nutrition and mental health into her career connecting the mind, body experience in a corporate environment. Angelee has been instrumental in the growth of several small businesses, startups, and was recognized for 100% client retention.
Angelee holds a Bachelors of Arts from Baldwin Wallace College in Human Development, a Certificate of Human Resource Management and a Masters of Science from the University of Dayton in Education and Allied Professions/Clinical Counseling. She currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with her three children, the loves of her life.
Priya Lakhi, JD
Priya Lakhi is a “wellness through wholeness” expert, certified executive/life coach, and former criminal defense lawyer. As the Wellbeing Officer for Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies, Priya’s focus is on how employees can be impacted at work, at home, and in the community – and how this impact can improve the overall business performance. By creating a healthy human culture at work, employees will be happier in general and look forward to coming to work every day. With this new level of active engagement, our teams will be more likely to take care of their health, wealth, and daily tasks which is a win-win for both the employees and management. Priya works with executives and wellbeing teams to develop cutting-edge strategies, personalized programming, and engaging incentives for including “wholeness” as part of their wellbeing strategy. When we incorporate holistic wellbeing as a leadership philosophy, we unlock the passion and ingenuity of those around us, resulting in higher performance and engaged, fulfilled employees.

Kendra Conrad is a senior program manager and Wellbeing Strategist at Alyfe. Since 2004, Kendra Conrad has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in many settings, from a medically based fitness center to running a preventive exercise program in a cardiac rehab department. Kendra has a Bachelor of Science from Ohio Northern University in Wellness and Sport Management with a minor in Exercise Physiology. Kendra also fulfilled one of her long time goals by being part of the women’s collegiate basketball team at Ohio Northern. Kendra enjoys working with Alyfe’s corporate wellness program and helping others work towards their goals of a healthier lifestyle.
Shannon Pratt, BS
Shannon is an Account Manager at Alyfe and loves helping clients assess, plan, and develop programs. She has spent the majority of her career in the wellness industry, gaining experiences in areas such as program strategy, staff coordination, and program implementation. While account management is her primary job function by day, Shannon also enjoys teaching fitness classes and helping at health screenings.
Jessica Burnett, MA
Jessica Burnett has worked in the health and wellness industry off and on for 7 years. During this time and her time in commercial banking, she honed her skills of working with companies of various sizes and individuals to help them accomplish their goals. Jessica is passionate about helping employers increase the quality of their lives and the lives of their employees through health and wellbeing. Her goal is to work with employers to establish wellness programs that engage employees and create a fun approach to wellness. Jessica holds Master’s degree in Human Services, with a specialization in Health and Wellness from Liberty University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University. Jessica also holds a Personal Training certification through the American Council on Exercise. Outside of work, you can usually find Jessica hanging out with her family or at a volleyball game, being “that mom.”
Jason McAninch, BSN, RN, CCM
Jason is a program manager and technical specialist at Alyfe. He was previously a nurse with two local Columbus hospital systems specializing in intravenous infusions and was a case manager. Jason holds a bachelor’s in nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing, a bachelor’s of arts from The Ohio State University and also has certification in case management. In his time away from work, Jason enjoys spending time with his three children, soccer, and gardening.
Lindsey Mathes, RDN, LDN
Lindsey Mathes is a Registered Dietitian and personal trainer and for the past ten years, has helped men and women of all ages and shapes, improve their relationship with food and enhance overall wellbeing through a balanced, non-diet approach. Lindsey’s focus lies in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that align with each person’s unique health goals, while attuning mind, body, and food. No diets, food rules, or quick fixes. Chocolate and wine included.
Lyndsay Jacob, TTS
Lyndsay Jacob has worked in the health and wellness industry for 12 years, gaining experience in behavior change through motivational interviewing and intrinsic coaching. As a seasoned Health Coach & Wellness Coordinator, she is passionate about working with others, and helping them meet their health and wellness goals. Instead of creating restrictions and feelings of failure, Lyndsay’s approach is to create healthy, happy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of unattainable goals and strict disciplined routines. Lyndsay has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences with a Wellness Concentration from The Ohio State University. Lyndsay has earned the Certificate of Completion to the National Society of Health Coaches’ Evidence-based Health Coaching Program for Healthcare Providers. When Lyndsay isn’t working, she’s is keeping active with her family, chasing around her very energetic son, planning her next vacation, and trying her skills at a new recipe she has found.
Laura Stepp, BFA
Laura Stepp is a graphic designer at Alyfe, where she is responsible for producing communication materials — interpreting client information and “re-packaging” it into easy to read, concise, and compelling visuals that are creative and relevant. She enjoys brainstorming with creative thinkers to bring all the elements together.
Prior to taking on her role at Alyfe, Laura gained experience as a graphic designer in the non-profit sector, an accounting firm, and then as a communications coordinator at a private school.
In her spare time, she enjoys upcycling items into something new and beautiful, creating collage art, and watching hummingbirds outside her home office window.
