True You is a 12-session initiative which provides participants with a personalized wellbeing experience that empowers them to identify their own possibilities within the 5 Elements of Wellbeing (career, financial, social, physical, and community). Wellbeing can mean many different things to different people and True You is designed to meet participants where they are in their journey. The True You Wellbeing Empowerment journey will inspire them to connect with and discover their past, present, and future story, with the purpose of realizing the necessary steps for success, by creating “ah-ha” moments.

True You is not just another wellness program crafted around a needs survey or an at-risk population. It provides an integrated and personalized path that will empower participants to live with greater vitality in many aspects of their life. They don’t need an assessment to tell them they are unhealthy and they don’t need better signage in the cafeteria pointing them to fruits instead of cookies. What they need is an invitation and a compassionate environment where they can take charge of their life, set meaningful goals and find their purpose. Onsite meetings offer a unique setting, in a supportive group atmosphere, where participants will learn how the 5 Elements of Wellbeing are interrelated and influence one another; guiding them to understand the connection between their health and lifestyle choices.

Studies show that regularly expressing gratitude can improve sleep, physical health, vitality and energy. Grow Gratitude encourages participants to consciously express appreciation regularly and journal their thoughts weekly.

Healthful habits can be hard to develop and daunting to begin; however, the impact of incorporating these habits into your everyday life can be far reaching. Habits for Health will teach you how to make small, incremental changes that will affect the big picture, without trying to make drastic changes all at once. These incremental changes are the key to creating a lasting foundation for a happy, healthful life.

Financially Fit will help you overcome financial stress through a 4-week, guided process of setting goals, budgeting, tracking and setting yourself up for long-term financial milestones.

Sleep impacts every aspect of our life including mood and energy, immunity, physical performance, productivity, weight loss, and mental health. Did you know that your lifestyle and everyday habits could be affecting your sleep? Each week you will be focusing on one simple lifestyle change aimed at helping improve your sleep time and quality. By the end of the challenge you will have the skills to ensure you are sleeping tight and waking bright!

This 16-day fruit and veggie challenge will encourage participants to fill their plates with fruits and veggies. The challenge goal is for participants to eat 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables at least 4 days out of the week.

This challenge will encourage participants to take more steps each day to help their team cover the most yardage and score the most touchdowns. Participants are divided into two teams, each with a daily steps goal of 7,500. The team who covers the most yardage wins!
