Kay Lakhi is the President for Alyfe. Kay is a registered/licensed dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She has been practicing in the field of dietetics for over 20 years in various health care settings. Along with her experience in clinical dietetics, Kay is also a licensed nursing home administrator. Kay is very active throughout the community, is the past chairperson of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce, was named The Small Business Person of the Year (2012) and is a member of many different committees for the Ohio Health Care Association. She has also served as a past president of the Columbus Dietetic Association.

Christine Conselyea

Chief Operating Officer

Nancy Curry, RN

Director, Onsite Client Services

Nancy Curry is a Senior Manager, Client Services, at Alyfe. Nancy is a Registered Nurse, who graduated from Mount Carmel School of Nursing and began her nursing career at Mount Carmel West Hospital. After 12 years of direct patient care, Nancy was given the opportunity to market what was known as the Mount Carmel Care Continuum Businesses. During that time, Nancy had the opportunity to take on the role as Sales Manager for the Mount Carmel Corporate Health and Wellness Division. In 2009, Nancy took a step away from Mount Carmel and worked for the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio where she managed the wellness and disease management programs for both the employees of the retirement system as well as the retirees they served.

In 2011, Nancy went to work for the OhioHealth Employer Services Division. Initially hired as the Operations Manager with a focus on the health screening business, Nancy was offered the opportunity to work as a Senior Account Manager. In 2016, Nancy accepted the role of Senior Manager, Client Services with Alyfe. In her role as Senior Manager, Nancy is focused on the operations side of the business while at the same time, managing a book of business, allowing her to enjoy developing and managing processes and at the same time stay connected to the clients.

Kendra Conrad

Senior Program Manager, Wellbeing Strategist

Kendra Conrad is a senior program manager and Wellbeing Strategist at Alyfe. Since 2004, Kendra Conrad has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in many settings, from a medically based fitness center to running a preventive exercise program in a cardiac rehab department. Kendra has a Bachelor of Science from Ohio Northern University in Wellness and Sport Management with a minor in Exercise Physiology. Kendra also fulfilled one of her long time goals by being part of the women’s collegiate basketball team at Ohio Northern. Kendra enjoys working with Alyfe’s corporate wellness program and helping others work towards their goals of a healthier lifestyle.

Christina Bernier

Director, Remote Client Services

Christina works closely with clients and their assigned wellbeing strategists to implement successful programs and maintain high levels of engagement and meaningful results. Formerly a corporate wellness account manager, Christina has supported clients in various industries such as financial institutions, transportation companies, universities, oil, chemical and gas companies, utility companies, government organizations, and hospital systems. A graduate of Purdue University, Christina holds bachelor’s degrees in kinesiology, with a minor in psychology, focusing on health motivation. She attended University of Texas School of Public Health and completed all course work for a Master’s in Public Health with her thesis as the only remaining requirement.

Ashwin Lakhi

Director, Sales and Marketing

Ashwin is an experienced technology and management professional responsible for Alyfe’s information technology initiatives. Previously, Ashwin managed client services and communications for the company, ensuring effective engagement in Alyfe’s award-winning line up of wellbeing solutions. Ashwin has held various management roles for organizations such as the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, AT&T Mobility and Convergys. He holds a bachelor’s in leadership from The Union Institute and University. He also studied sociology at the University of Arizona and completed a degree in sports and fitness management from Columbus State.
